Terms and Conditions
between CL-Cash.com and Adult Webmaster

- You must be of legal age of 18 (21 in some countries) to join and promote CL-Cash.
- Spam in any kind is strictly prohibited! If we has reasonable beliefs that you or on your behalf are guilty of spamming
e-mail, news groups, BBS, IRC, etc. We will immediately terminate your account.
- You may not send us traffic from URLs which contain and/or promote any illegal content. CL-Cash do not accepts
traffic from passwords, hacking, cracking and other illegal sites.
- Only one account is allowed per person or company without prior consent. Otherwise webmaster will
not be paid and both accounts will be terminated !
- Webmaster's benefits.
Webmaster will be paid 50% of original sales, plus 50% of every recurring fee that member plus while his account
stays active (the percent can be increased up to 60%).
Webmaster will get 5% of all sales and rebills from refered webmasters.
CL-Cash shall subtract cancellations and chargebacks. Those commissions and subtracts will be tracked by CL-Cash.
- Payments.
CL-Cash splits all sales by 2 pay periods in each month: from 1st to 15th and from 16th to end of the month.
Payouts are issued on the 10th and 25th of each month for all accounts exceeding their minimum payout.
There's 10 days hold between the payout date and the pay period.
Examples:
#1 Pay Period 2007/03/01 - 2007/03/15 - Payout Date 2007-03-25
#2 Pay Period 2007/03/16 - 2007/03/31 - Payout Date 2007-04-10
Webmaster must reach minimum payout to be paid from CL-Cash. Standard minimum to payout is $150.
Webmaster able to increase minimum payout.
- CL-Cash reserves the right at our sole discretion to deny admittance into our program for any reason including
but not limited to using illegal and/or questionable content, applicant has given invalid personal info or
unavailable.
- CL-Cash reserves the right to change the commission rate with a preliminary notice to the current email
address of webmaster.
- CL-Cash reserves the right to cancel this program at any time. In such cases you will be notified
immediately and paid for all commissions due, except in cases where it is determined that you
have violated this agreement.
